Feeling a bit stiff?

EdsQ member meeting, Wed. 7 March

Come to our March member meeting and learn how to be kinder to your body.

Date: Wednesday 7 March 2018
Time: 6.30pm (nibbles and drinks from 6.00pm)
Venue: The Gabba Ward Office, 2/63 Annerley Rd Woolloongabba (corner of Crown St and Annerley Rd) - entry via the back door off the car park. Ample parking at the back or on street.
Cost: $12 for members (and QWC members with membership receipt), $17 for non-members.
Dinner: After the meeting we will have dinner at Bengal Kitchen on Stanley Street (about 2 min drive away)


Sebastian Macleod is a Brisbane physiotherapist. His previous career was as a remedial massage therapist, and he has over 12 years of experience with the human body and the punishment we put it through.
In this interactive presentation, Sebastian will show us what happens to the body when it sits at a computer for hours each day. He will then demonstrate some exercises to help it cope.
