Promise or peril? The future of corporate relations in a social media world
In the face of a digital landscape that is rife with misleading information and poor language use, what strategies, standards and practices should businesses and governments (and the writers and editors they employ) adopt to ensure that their corporate reputations remain unharmed?
GUEST SPEAKER: Nicole Ireland, public and corporate relations expert, will use real-world examples to speak about emerging trends in the corporate use of social media. Nicole is a senior consultant with SAS Consulting and a tutor at QUT.
