Editors Queensland hosts a range of events for members and anyone interested in the profession of editing. These include:
- ten member meetings per year, with speakers (non-members also welcome)
- an end-of-year dinner in late November
- a picnic in January to begin the new year
- frequent training workshops and other training events - to find out about these, go to Training.
As a branch of IPEd, EdsQ also promotes and participates in IPEd events, including webinars and the biennial IPEd National Editors Conference.
Editors Queensland has just one more gathering planned for November 2019: our end-of-year dinner (non-members also welcome). There will be no meetings in December.
